Nature Technologies Pvt Ltd, a global software development company specializing in Embedded, Desktop and Enterprise development inaugurated its new centre of excellence for Mobile Software Development in its Global Delivery Centre in Kolkata, India. This division has been named as “Mobile Technology Centre of Excellence” and shall cater to software development for iPhone, Android, Windows Mobile and Symbian Devices.
Speaking in this occasion Mr. Sumantra Mukherjee, the Chief Technology Architect of Nature Technologies Pvt Ltd said that “We have to address the gaps in our end-to-end software solutions by bridging the gap in mobile software”. He stressed the need for addressing the growing global iPhone and Android software markets by 2012.
Mrs. Nibedita Dutta, the Vice-President Global Relations reiterated the company’s vision of developing a rapid application development and deployment platform for cross platform mobile devices running on iPhone, Android, Windows Mobile and Symbian. This would help corporations looking towards extending their enterprise applications on heterogeneous mobile platforms with speed and predictability. Focussing on a homogeneous Web Service based approach to cross platform mobile devices, Nature Technologies plans to create a framework that would bring benefits of mobile platform globally.
Nature Technologies Pvt Ltd is targeting to generate more than 50% of its revenues from mobile application development by 2012. Currently Nature Technologies is a world leader in Windows and Macintosh software development and focuses on web service based enterprise application development.
